    Objective

    MansionBet approached CheckdMedia on how they could drive awareness of their Champions League offer for the last 16 stages. The focus for this campaign centered around engaging video content reinforced with offer creative and references.

    What We Did

    We recruited a panel of guests, consisting of BBC Sport presenter Will Perry, former Bayern Munich and Aston Villa footballer Alan McInally and German football expert James Vickers to share their views and opinions on the final stages of the Champions League. Having Will as the presenter allowed for Alan and James to drive engagement with differing views and perspectives on the upcoming games, which we produced snippets of to release across social channels.

    The content was released as 30-minute episodes as a podcast and on YouTube, with the main focus being around the snippets to drive the desired views and engagements.

    The credibility of the guest line-up along with the strength of the CheckdMedia Footy Accumulators audience, allowed us to produce amazing results which comfortably topped all our initial objectives.

    Adapting to the circumstances and working remotely via Zoom was new for CheckdMedia, but something that produced incredible results for our partner.

    The ability to turnaround the campaign using all internal resource, from initial concept to releasing the finished content is something we’re extremely proud to be able to do.
