    Objective

    CheckdMedia first partnered with Football Index in September 2018 with the target of educating a more traditional betting enthusiast about the unique offering that a football stockmarket for buying and selling shares in players provides.

    Using CheckdMedia's flagship football brand; Footy Accumulators, CheckdMedia has produced a range of branded content to increase awareness and noise around the Football Index product, directly to their desired audience demographic.

    What We Did

    A second specialist brand within the CheckdMedia portfolio 'TransferChanger' has been an additional component of the partnership, specialising in football transfer updates and capitalising on the USP of Football Index during the busiest months of the year.

    In December 2019, CheckdMedia launched 'Ones To Watch' on Footy Accumulators, presented by former Aston Villa, Celtic and Bayern Munich footballer Alan McInally alongside BBC Radio 5Live host Emma Jones. The series is approaching 1million video views, with the content covering three topical players each week with the prominent social platform used for the content being Twitter.

    A mixture of insight and Football Index data provides the perfect content-collaboration.
